NOCTIS☾ utilizes the most natural phase of regeneration. Twelve hours overnight in a private setting opens up a different quality of regulation. The studio is exclusively available for 1 to 2 people. During this duration, the dynamics shift. The autonomic nervous system is given ample space to rebalance between activation and relaxation. The frequencies can be individually adjusted upon request. This personalized approach fundamentally distinguishes NOCTIS☾ from the daytime format.
