Our frequency rooms invite you to slow down, regenerate, and immerse yourself in a deep vibration of balance.
To ensure we can accompany you safely and attentively, we ask you to read the following information carefully. It serves to inform you and to protect us both.

§ 1 Purpose of the application

The frequency and sound treatments offered serve relaxation, regeneration and general well-being.
This is not a medical or naturopathic treatment. No diagnoses are made and no promises of healing are given.
In case of health problems, a doctor or alternative practitioner should always be consulted.

§ 2 Personal responsibility

You are using the application of your own volition and at your own responsibility.
Please inform us before the session about any existing health conditions, electronic implants (e.g. pacemakers) or pregnancy, if applicable.
If you are unsure whether the application is suitable for you, please contact us in advance.

§ 3 Liability

The studio is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
No liability is accepted for health problems resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.
Participation is at your own risk.

Section 4 Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of documenting your consent and organizing your appointment.
The data will not be shared with third parties.
The data is stored in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a GDPR.

§ 5 Final Provisions

Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
German law applies.

By making your booking, you declare that you have read and understood this treatment contract and voluntarily agree to it.
